Chemotherapy Ineffectiveness

The pancreatic chemotherapy drug Gemzar has been compared to the other best chemo drugs.  Median survival improved from 4.2 months to 5.7 months.  This is on average about one extra month for an expensive drug.  In the 126 patient-study no one lived longer than 19 months.
